The first braid many of us started our lure fishing journey with. Back in the day the coating would rub off and it would become “fluffy”, this was a nightmare especially when using surface lures as the line would sink and could pull your surface lure under! But, Berkley have changed the fusing process (thermally fused) and it now lasts far longer and remains smoother. Fireline is one of the easiest braids to use, rarely has problems with wind-knots etc, very easy to tie and extremely strong for the breaking strain.

One of our best selling braids in our shop for many years, great for beginners and old boys alike. We have popped it online as we do get asked from some of our customers in the UK.

For hard lures and metals there is actually no need to use a leader!!
