Xorus Frosty Gizzard Shad

The Frosty….. where it all started and is still an incredible lure that I love on normal to calm days. This lure (in my opinion) loves to glide a bit more than the patchinko, meaning smaller twitches and allow the lure to walk/slide a little more than the chop-chop of the Patchinko. The rattle is higher pitched than the Patchinko range, I am sure this makes all the difference on certain days too.

This model,the Gizzard Shad is quite different to many other colurs of the Xorus range, as it has a completely half white body (rather than a white stripe on the belly). The flash of yellow in the side flank merges into a grey/blue then into a darker (almost black) blue top. Of course everyone will have their tyime and place for this pattern, but for me it screams an Autumn/Winter couldy day when you have storm clouds overhead.
